On November 28, 2023, the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change organized a workshop entitled "Technology in Diplomacy - Exploring Digital Diplomacy." Attended by officials from various departments of Vietnam's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the event aimed to provide in-depth knowledge and foster discussions on digital diplomacy.
The workshop featured presentations by General Sir Richard Barrons, TBI Senior Advisor, and Dr. Emman El-Badawy, TBI Director for Peace, Security, and Foreign Policy.
